2006 NFL Players Released to Clear Room under the Salary Cap

The NFL owners and the players union have yet to reach a labor agreement, and they have now decided to delay the deadline for free agency another three days. Free agency will now begin at 12:01 a.m. EST Monday, rather than Friday.
NFL teams are currently clearing up salary cap space. The following players are the among the salary cap casualties and have been released from their respective teams:

SS Lawyer Milloy, Buffalo Bills
DT Sam Adams, Buffalo Bills
RB Mike Anderson, Denver Broncos
DL Trevor Pryce, Denver Broncos
TE Jeb Putzier, Denver Broncos
LB Na’ill Diggs, Green Bay Packers
DT Ted Washington, Oakland Raiders
RB Stephen Davis, Carolina Panthers
LB Jamie Sharper, Seattle Seahawks
CB Andre Dyson, Seattle Seahawks
CB Sam Madison, Miami Dolphins
