Why you should draft Tarvaris Jackson:  Jackson will benefit from defenses stacking the box to stop Adrian Peterson and the running game.  Also, if fantasy owners have interest in Jackson, they certainly won’t have to invest a high pick for him.  In fact, in many leagues Jackson will be a free agent to start the season.

Why you may want to stay away from drafting Tarvaris Jackson: Last season, Jackson was limited to under 250 passing yards in every game, and he had three contests where he threw multiple picks.  Furthermore, Jackson has played in just 16 games in his two year career, which means he is still lacks experience.

Bottom Line: Jackson should be an improved signal caller and capitalize from the benefits of having a lethal running game.  With that being said, Jackson still needs more work adjusting to the speed of the NFL. Therefore, he should be viewed as a fantasy reserve until he proves otherwise.
