Why do you have two kickers, two tight ends, and no back-up wide receivers?

Wowsers…not sure of the settings in that league but outside of the wide receiver position you are STACKED! Awesome QB’s, great starting RB’s, with the backups (I think Chris Johnson will be a starter at some point this year) having huge upside. You got the top TE in the game this year too with Witten.

Umm, I think its safe to say that you love drafting RBs and maybe aren’t too fond of WRs.
Great QBs
Stellar RBs- depth galore
Awesome TE
Solid Def.
As for the WRs… Well you have a great team.August 21st, 2008 at 11:56 am -

Yeah this league is unique in that you have to draft two TEs, two defenses, and two Kickers. You have to keep two at each of those positions at all time.

what about maurice jones-drew? how many touches are gonna be stolen from him by fred taylor?August 21st, 2008 at 9:44 pm -

@Anton: I think technically MJD is still “stealing” carries from Fred Taylor, as Taylor is the starter, but Jones-Drew is the redzone target and is used a lot in the passing game as well…plus Freddy is getting pretty old these days, so I expect to see him break down a bit sometime soon.

How are 8 team leagues any fun, ever?

ok thanks.
8 team leagues are fun to draft because you feel like every pick is a steel. but it loses its fun because there are few to no sleeper picks that decide leagues.August 22nd, 2008 at 9:22 pm -

8 man leagues are interesting, because every fantasy owner has a stacked team. You just have to stay ahead of the other owners on the waiver wire to give yourself an edge.
