Fantasy Outlook:

Why you should draft Brian Westbrook: Over the last two seasons, Westbrook has averaged 1275 rushing yards, 83 receptions, 735 receiving yards, and more than 11 total touchdowns. In 2007, Westbrook had six games where he eclipsed the century mark in rushing yards, and he had 11 contests with at least five receptions.

Why you may want to stay away from drafting Brian Westbrook: Westbrook is approaching that time in his career where he could be labeled by some as an aging running back.  Whether or not he is past his prime, it is still worth noting that he has yet to play in all 16 games in any single season of his career.

Bottom Line: Westbrook is a dual threat at running back, and he can always be counted on to rack up huge fantasy numbers.  Consequently, he should be viewed as an upper tier running back, and he will likely not make it out of the top five or six in most fantasy drafts.
