Running backs to be picked ahead of Felix Jones: LaDainian Tomlinson, Adrian Peterson, Joseph Addai, etc.
Fantasy Outlook:
Why you should draft Felix Jones: Jones will be used very similar to the way the Saints use Reggie Bush, which means he will be split out wide a lot catching numerous passes. Furthermore, Jones has the speed to take the ball to the house whenever he gets his hands on the football, and he is a nice insurance policy for fantasy owners that take Marion Barber earlier in the draft.
Why you may want to stay away from drafting Felix Jones: Since Jones is a rookie, there is no way to know how well he can perform in the NFL. Plus, Barber is going to get the bulk of the carries. Not to mention, Jones doesn’t figure to get very many carries in the red zone with Barber being so dominant in that area.
Bottom Line: Jones deserves strong fantasy consideration in PPR leagues, and is worth a look in the later rounds in other structured leagues.

I think both backs are worthy of consideration in fantasy. I think Jones will catch more passes, but I think Johnson will get more carries. I give a slight edge to Jones in their rookie campaigns based on Jones getting a lot of catches out of the backfield, which often means more touches.
