2009 Fantasy Football Player Profile-LenDale White

RB LenDale White, Tennessee Titans

2008 Stats: 773 rushing yards, 16 receiving yards, 15 total TDs
Projected 2009 Stats: 654 rushing yards, 44 receiving yards, 10 total TDs
Projected Fantasy Round: 3rd Round
Running backs to be picked ahead of LenDale White: Adrian Peterson, LaDainian Tomlinson, Michael Turner, etc.

Fantasy Outlook:

Why you should draft LenDale White: Last season, White had a very productive fantasy season as he found the end zone on 15 different occasions.  In fact, there were only six games where he failed to dent the scoreboard, and he had multiple scores in four contests.

Why you may want to stay away from drafting LenDale White: White is a one-dimensional back as he had just five receptions all of last season. With Chris Johnson emerging as the featured back, White could see even less touches this year.

Bottom Line: Last season, White proved he was one of the best running backs at finding the end zone inside the five yard line.   However, with his limited touches and the lack of being utilized as a receiver out of the backfield, White will likely be drafted higher than what he actually warrants.  White should be viewed as more of a No.2 fantasy running back.
