What time did you guys start drinking? You seriously think the Ravens, older than my grandmother on the defensive side of the ball(and minus 2 key starters from last year), are going to be better that either Pittsburgh, New England, Indy or even San Diego for that matter? WOW!! Good luck with what I hope is purely a sentimental pick!!!!!

What!!! Eagles winning the NFC EAST…..AND going to the super bowl!!! Donovan and Westbrook are getting old…they are small at wide receiver, and they play in the toughest division in sports……with every other team in the division making great offseason upgrades and the eagles not realling improving, what makes you think the eagles will do well!!!! its a joke!

Nice call on the Eagles…Contrary to what Tucci here said the Eagles have made many off-season upgrades, and should have one of the most dominant O-Lines in the NFL. The Eagles D should also be stronger as well with the secondary picking up up some youth and speed at safety with the departure of Dawkins. The Ravens is an interesting pick, but I like it none the less. If the Offense keeps putting points on the board like they did at the end of last season they will be tough to beat. As I see, you picked who you believe will be the top defensive teams in the NFC and AFC which is always a good bet when picking Super Bowl favorites

Finally some respect for the Birds. Yes, the Eagles will surprise everyone with a super bowl appearance AND victory. In Minneapolis and Houston, computer simulations were run with the Eagles ending up the super bowl champs edging the Patriots. The draft, the off season pickups, and the fact that neither the Giants nor the Cowboys can beat the Eagles in the post season (look at last year), the Eagles will roll.

Interesting the Dr. isn’t buying the sexy playoff pick Houston Texans. Me either: Schaub will get hurt and miss at least three games, the secondary is still soft and they still have 6 games against Tennessee, Jacksonville & Indy.

They’re also at Arizona, at Miami and have to play New England at home. Not sure how so many “experts” see a 10-win season in Houston. Even though they’re improved, I like the 8-8 call.

I must disagree with his call on Indy…yeah they’re good and Manning is still a God but no Rhodes, no Harrison, and most of all no Dungy will effect chemistry. Moreover, they’ve made no material improvements on defense. They’re at Baltimore, Arizona and Miami, and have NE at home…3-3 in division and 6-4 out. 9-7 for the Colts.

Watch out for Cincinnati to surprise.

If they stay healthy, the Bengals will become the cinderella team of 2009 and win the AFC North and AFC playoff game. The team is again confident and healthy. After two good years in the draft, the youth on the team will shine, especially last year’s rookies who will contribute heavily. They will have a top 10 defense and will again be tremendous in offense. A superbowl win will be within their grasp. Believe it! It’s time!

shouldn’t your wins and loses equal out? Why so many wins compared to loses? Cant take your preditions seriously if you cant have the wins and loses be the same. Might as well predict everyone to be 10-6.

8-8 for the Bills is quite optimistic…no QB and no coach, hard to win games like that.

The Vikings and the Pack will fall short of their goal. Da Bears will be the resurgent team in the division and win the NFC North…and Favre will retire again…maybe. Or maybe not. Other than that Dr. U should put down the pipe and seek help!
