Why you should draft Chad Ochocinco: If you throw out Ochocinco’s horrific 2008 season, since 2003 he has averaged 89 receptions, 1319 receiving yards, and 8 touchdowns.  Last season, Ochocinco had seven games where he had at least five receptions, and he twice had multiple score games. 

Why you may want to stay away from drafting Chad Ochocinco: In 2009, Ochocinco was held under 60 receiving yards in seven games, and he had nine contests here he failed to score a single touchdown.  Over the last two seasons, he has averaged a humble 53 receiving yards per game. 

Bottom Line: Ochocinco should be viewed as an upper tier No. 2, or lower tier No. 1 fantasy wide receiver.   He would a nice value in the fourth round or beyond.
