Ask DRU: Do I Draft T.O.?

Mike asks, I am considering drafting Terrell Owens towards the end of my upcoming fantasy draft. However, he has yet to sign with a team and our draft is tomorrow. Should I still draft T.O. anyway?
DR U: If you have Owens on your radar, go ahead and draft him even though he has yet to find a team. T.O. should be on an NFL roster sometime real soon. However, I would wait until about the eighth or ninth round before I would even look to draft Owens. There are plenty of safer receivers to draft over T.O., but in the later rounds, he is a low risk, high reward fantasy player.

He is a Bengal now. Still only a late round draft selection, but worth a look now that he is on a team. Solid QB and solid offense lend some value. Most recent post yesterday is about TO and the Bengals.
