I know it’s early for week 4 talk. But I’m confused on who to start as my #2 RB in week 4. In order rank these RB’s 1-3. Julious Jones @ Tenn, Ahman Green @ Philly, and Lawrence Moroney @ Cinci for week 4.

For Week 4, I would rank them as #1 Julius Jones, #2 Laurence Maroney, #3 Ahman Green. I would suggest starting both Julius Jones and Maroney this week. Good Luck!

I have E Manning on bye. I have McNair penciled in to start but I also have CFrye and JKitna available on the waiver wire. Who should I start?

Mike,
That is a great question and is very difficult to answer. McNair clearly is the best quarterback out of the bunch, but he has the toughest matchup, playing against the Chargers defense. Frye has the easiest matchup facing the Raiders. However, I can’t help but think that Mike Martz will want to pass all over his former team (Rams), which would mean a good game for Kitna. Therefore, out of the three QBs you mentioned, I would suggest Kitna this week.
