TE Todd Heap, Baltimore Ravens (ankle)-Heap is expected to start in Week 4.
RB Reuben Droughns, Cleveland Browns (shoulder)-Droughns was unable to play in Week 3, but he should be able to play in Week 4.
WR Joe Jurevicius, Cleveland Browns (ribs)-Jurevicius will likely be a game-time decision in Week 4.
TE Kellen Winslow Jr., Cleveland Browns (knee)-Winslow is having soreness in his knee, but he figures to play in Week 4.
WR Brandon Stokley, Indianapolis Colts (ankle)-Stokley will likely be a game-time decision in Week 4.
QB Trent Green, Kansas City Chiefs (concussion)-Green will not play in Week 4.
RB Corey Dillon, New England Patriots (arm)-Dillon is questionable for Week 4.
WR Keenan McCardell, San Diego Chargers (hamstring)-McCardell could play in Week 4, but he will likely be a game-time decision.
RB Chris Brown, Tennessee Titans (toe)-Brown is questionable for Week 4.
NFC
WR Steve Smith, Carolina Panthers (hamstring)-Smith played well in Week 3, and he should be back in the lineup in Week 4.
TE Desmond Clark, Chicago Bears (ankle)-Clark may not be able to play in Week 4.
WR Terrell Owens, Dallas Cowboys (finger)-T.O. is expected to return to practice this week, and he could play in Week 4 if he is able to tolerate the pain.
WR Terry Glenn, Dallas Cowboys (hand)-Glenn cut his hand, but he should be good-to-go.
WR Marcus Robinson, Minnesota Vikings (hamstring)-Robinson is expected to play in Week 4.
TE L.J. Smith, Philadelphia Eagles (shoulder)-Smith has a sprained shoulder and could be a game-time decision for Week 4.
WR Donte’ Stallworth, Philadelphia Eagles (hamstring)-Stallworth will likely be a game-time decision for Week 4.
RB Frank Gore, San Francisco 49ers (abdominal)-If Gore is able to play in Week 4, his touches will likely be reduced.
TE Vernon Davis, San Francisco 49ers (leg)-Davis suffered a hairline fracture in his fibula, and he will likely be on the shelf for at least four weeks.
RB Shaun Alexander, Seattle Seahawks (foot)-Alexander has a broken bone in his foot and is expected to miss at least a couple games.
QB Chris Simms, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (spleen)-Simms had to have his spleen removed, and his season could be over.
QB Mark Brunell, Washington Redskins (elbow)-Brunell had a cut that required a couple stitches, but he should be good-to-go to play in Week 4.

Rick,
I actually have Pennington and Bledsoe rated much higher than Smith this week. Bledsoe and Pennington are both strong plays this week. I have Pennington rated slightly higher than Bledsoe as Indy tends to give up passing touchdowns.
