    Hey, Dr. U.

Just wondering– Is the New Orleans defense for real? This year they’ve already put up more fantasy points than both Tampa Bay and Minnesota (my two other defenses).

Also, I’m in a bit of a situation at wide receiver. My lineup as of now is Chad Johnson, Antonio Bryant, Marques Colston, and Eddie Drummond (For his return yards).

(I’d play Colston as a TE, but I’ve got Kellen Winslow, who has been incredibly productive)

I’m wondering if Bryant is a weaker play this week, going up against the Chiefs, than Jerricho Cotchery, who goes up against Indy.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Nick,

I think Bledsoe and Pennington should both put up big numbers this week. I think Pennington is the safer pick this week as Dallas has some injury issues with Terry Glenn and Terrell Owens.

However, if T.O. and Glenn can both play, which there is a good chance they will, I think I would give the nod to Bledsoe against a weak Tennessee defense.

I would rate Maroney much higher than Colston this week. With Dillon ailing, Maroney should get a lot more touches.

    Good Luck!

    Josh,

I think the Saints do have a good defense. I don’t think they will be able to maintain being as stingy as they are now the whole season, but they are a viable option for fantasy until they prove otherwise.

I rate Cotchery ahead of Bryant this week. Indy has given up quite a few passing TDs so far this season.

    Good Luck!

Here is my line up this week, please let me know what you think. Do you think Dillon will be healthy enough to play well? If so, who (between Bush & McAllister) would you take out? Will Santana Moss have a better game then Chris Henry @ home? Will Palmer have a good game at home against a good pass defense or throw some more interceptions? Will Ben Watson have a better game this week since Brady will be looking to make up for his Sunday night poor performance?

    Thanks - Suzie

    Suzie,

Sorry for the delay in the response. The lineup worked out well for you. Santana Moss had a huge game!
