I have been proposed a trade Frank Gore and Lee Evens for Julius Jones and Plaxico. Its TD heavy league. I would be left with Stallworth, Reggie Williams, Deion Branch and Chris Henry @ WR. I’m considering it because of the QB change in big D and the lack of TD production from Jones. What do you think?

Dr. U,
I have a little dilemma this week. Do I start Atlanta or San Diego Defense and should I go with either Roethlisberger or Batch over Gradkowski?
Thanks,
Rick

Rob,
I think the trade is a bit of a gamble. Evans is a very up-and-down player, and Gore only seems to do well against bad defenses.
Julius Jones had three straight 100-yard games prior to last week, but like you said, his TDs are pretty low. However, I think Plaxico is good to have in a touchdown league.
So perhaps if you are not happy with Jones, you could counter and ask for the deal to be Jones for Gore straight up.
Good Luck!

Rick,
I would suggest going with the Pittsburgh QB and the Falcons defense this week.
Good Luck!

Nick,
I think Courtney Anderson gives you the best chance this week.

Dr. U,
Here is my line up and my dilema this week. Since McAllister is injured I dont know if I should play him or Bush. Chris Henry may or may not play, I dont know if I should chance it and put him in. I also just traded Vinateri for Graham since Vinateri is injured AGAIN. Lastly, should I start LJ Smith even though he is injured or should I keep in Watson??? Helllllp!!!
Thanks again,
Suzie

Suzie,
McAllister is supposed to play, so I think you are fine to start him. The Saints are playing the Ravens, so you might not get very many points out of either Bush or McAllister, but McAllister will get more carries so I would start him.
Since Smith is a little banged up, it probably is safer to use Watson this week as your tight end.
I think Chris Henry is going to play this week, so if you wanted to play him you could. I have him ranked pretty even with Cotchery this week, but Cotchery is probably the safer pick this week. I would keep Keyshawn in your starting lineup.
Overall, it appears that you are starting the right people.
Good Luck!
