Priest Holmes Plans on Returning for the 2006 Season
- 0 Comments
Kansas City Chiefs running back Priest Holmes has announced that he expects to play in the 2006. However, the team doctors have yet to clear him to return to action. One thing that is for certain, Larry Johnson has now established himself as the starting tailback, but if Holmes is able to play, the Chiefs would have great depth at that position. Since Holmes and Johnson have swapped roles, if you use Johnson’s stats as a backup in 2004 as a gauge, Holmes could still gain over 500 yards and add another 200 receiving yards.
