Steelers are Super Bowl Champions

The Pittsburgh Steelers completed their miraculous run and capped it off with a Super Bowl championship. As a sixth seed in the AFC, the Steelers beat the Cincinnati Bengals, Indianapolis Colts, and the Denver Broncos all on the road. Tonight, they defeated the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl, 21-10. Pittsburgh was able to win seven straight games to close the year. Before the winning streak, they appeared to be a team that was on the brink of missing the playoffs. The Steelers now join the San Francisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys as the only franchises to win five Super Bowls. So you can love them or hate them, either way; the Pittsburgh Steelers are still the Super Bowl champs!
Some special notes…Hines Ward was named the Super Bowl MVP and Jerome Bettis all but announced his retirement stating that Detroit is the last stop for the Bus.
