Teams May Trade their Picks in the Draft

Football fans love to view or create their own mock drafts. However, none of them turn out to be 100% accurate. One of the reasons why mock drafts will never be an exact science, is because it is difficult to project which teams will trade up or down in the draft. Here are a few possible teams that might make trades along with the player they might go after.

Dallas Cowboys trade up to draft Michael Huff
Dallas Cowboys trade up to draft D’Brickashaw Ferguson
New York Jets trade up to draft Reggie Bush
Baltimore Ravens trade up to draft Vince Young

Denver Broncos trade up to draft Matt Leinart
Denver Broncos trade up to draft Jay Cutler

Oakland Raiders trade up to draft Matt Leinart
Chicago Bears trade up to draft Vernon Davis
Pittsburgh Steelers trade down to draft Ernie Sims
New Orleans Saints could trade down
New York Jets could trade down
Green Bay Packers could trade down
San Francisco 49ers could trade down
Dallas Cowboys could trade down
Indianapolis Colts could trade out of the first round
Seattle Seahawks could trade out of the first round
Pittsburgh Steelers could trade out of the first round

You may look at these trade possibilities and think that they will never happen, and chances are, you’d be right. Trades often get discussed, but are rarely executed.  However, when they do happen, they change the entire look and flow of the draft.
